Engineering Building (West) Phase 1

Complete refurbishment of the Ground & First floors to provide state of the art laboratories and teaching facilities for QMUL’s internationally renowned Engineering Department.

Work included a new Basement Boiler & domestic services generation plantroom and roof top Chilled Water plantroom with new chillers & dedicated Air Handling Plant. With all internal services on show, great attention was required to produce a fantastic looking faculty.
